PURCHASING INQUIRIES
How do I cancel my order?
All orders are made-to-order and, therefore, cancellations must be received and acknowledged within 48 hours of order placement. No cancellations will be accepted thereafter.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our production time is 4-6 weeks for standard pieces and 6-8 for all custom orders. After we ship, please allow 7-21 days for delivery.
Delivery time may be longer for states outside the continental U.S. Call us for more information.
Can I order swatches before making my product selection?
Sure! We understand that it’s important to see cover samples prior to placing your order. Just click here and select what you would like to see up close and personal. You may select a minimum of 6 different swatches at no cost. Can you reupholster my old furniture?
At the moment, we do not offer that service. However, you may purchase from us any of our fabrics or leathers to have it done locally. If you need help calculating the amount of material you may need, give us a call at (888) 495-6065.
Do you charge sales tax?
How do I clean my sofa?

Where can I see your fabric and leather options?
I am allergic to feather and down, do you have a hypoallergenic option?
Yes, we do. We offer a choice of 100% polyester fill. Please call (888) 495-6065 for more filling options.
What fabrics or leathers do you offer that are kid and pet-friendly?
We offer a gorgeous line of family and pet-friendly leather called Orion. It is a protected, full-grain leather that combines the durability and luxurious feel of 100% cowhide leather, available in a wide range of colors.

How is your furniture built?
Our furniture frames are made of solid hardwoods and plywood, corner-glued and stapled. Depending on the model, we use tempered steel drop-in coil units or sinuous springs.
Can I purchase only fabric or leather from you?
How are your seat cushions and back pillows made?
Our back pillows are made with a feather, down and polyester blend, wrapped in a channeled envelope that prevents bunching.
Our seat cushions come with individually pocketed springs encased in high resiliency foam, wrapped in a feather and polyester blend envelope that is channeled to prevent bunching.
Where do I check the status of my order?
Once we receive your order, we will send you an email confirming your purchase. If you create an account with us, you will be able to log on to get periodic order updates. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking information and other relevant details pertaining to your shipment.
RETURN POLICY
How long does a repair take?
After we receive all your information and determine what type of repair is necessary, we will have a local furniture technician contact you to schedule the repair appointment. Please allow 7 business days for us to schedule the repair appointment. Your local furniture repair company will schedule with you, based the on the technician’s availability. Once you have set up an appointment, a technician will visit you to evaluate the furniture, repair it and, if something needs to be replaced, he will send us a request for parts. Most issues can be solved the same day of the appointment, but if not, the technician will help you choose a follow up date to complete a repair. On average, this process should take 2 to 3 weeks to be finished.

How do I return and item?
All of our orders are made-to-order and therefore are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges will be calculated at the point of checkout and is determined by the items purchased, ship to address, and the delivery service selected.
Can you install my new furniture?
Yes, we can. All orders will be shipped with White Glove delivery service included, unless you notify us not to do it.
What are your available delivery services?
We only offer White Glove Delivery. A specialized team will arrive at your home and will carry, unwrap and install your furniture into your room of choice. Additionally, they will take all the packaging debris and discard it for you.
Am I charged for shipping at the time of purchase, or later?
You will be charged shipping and handling at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I know my furniture has shipped?
We will send you an email notification when your order is ready to ship. You may also log into your Hand & Grain account, at any time, to check on the status of your order.
Will all my items ship at the same time?
If you ordered more than one piece of furniture, we will ship all of these together when they are ready, unless you request otherwise.
Can you take my old furniture?
What happens if my furniture gets damaged during delivery?
We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality and all items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipment. Having said that, we know that freight damage happens and we will help you resolve it with expediency.
When your order arrives, it is your responsibility to inspect all boxes for exterior damage, as well as to unpack all items and inspect them prior to signing the shipper's Bill of Lading. If you find any shipping damage, you must note it on the shippers Bill of Lading, prior to them leaving. Additionally, you must report any damage directly to us immediately, with pictures of the damage. When you contact us, please provide us with your order number, and a copy of the shipper’s Bill of Lading, where the damage was noted.
